Download Clapper: Video, Live, Chat APK

Clapper is a short video and live streaming platform positioning itself against the polished, algorithm-driven feeds that dominate the category. Its stated focus is real lives, real opinions and communities rather than produced content, and its audience skews older than the platforms built around dance trends, which gives it a noticeably different character. Two claims define its pitch: no trolls and no shadow banning. The second is the more meaningful. Shadow banning, where a platform quietly reduces who sees your posts without telling you, is a persistent complaint among creators everywhere, and a platform promising not to do it is offering something people genuinely want. Whether any platform fully delivers on moderation promises is a fair question to keep in mind, but the intention shapes the community it attracts. The Clapback feature lets you respond to a video with a video rather than a comment, which produces conversation rather than a wall of text and suits the platform's emphasis on opinion and discussion. Live streaming and chat run alongside short video, so following somebody can mean watching them live rather than only seeing clips. Building a following is presented as accessible rather than reserved for people who already have one.
