It is a diagnostic view rather than a tool that claims to extend battery life, and that honesty is worth noting given how many apps in this category promise otherwise. App uninstallation lets you select and remove apps you no longer need from one list, which is faster than finding each one on a home screen and dragging it. Seeing them all together also tends to reveal several you forgot you had. Background process management shows what is running when you are not looking and lets you deal with it. The app is deliberately small and does not run constantly in the background itself, which would rather defeat the purpose of a tool meant to reduce load on your phone.
