Runway is a professional AI generation tool that has been used on actual film and television production, and the app brings its models to a phone. It runs current leading models including Gen-4.5 and Nano Banana Pro, generating images and video in whatever style you describe. The feature that separates it from consumer AI apps is consistency. Generating one striking image is easy; generating twenty images with the same character, the same object and the same location across them is the hard problem, and it is the one that decides whether the technology can be used for anything narrative.
