The app makes the material portable: lessons can be downloaded for offline viewing, so a commute, a flight or a lunch break becomes study time without needing a connection. Progress syncs between phone and computer, letting you watch a lecture on a train and complete the assignment on a keyboard later. Many courses can be audited free, with payment required for certificates.
