Gallery — Photo Albums, Editor and Media Lock

This gallery replaces the default one with something faster to move around in. Photos and videos appear in a clean grid, previews open smoothly, and scrolling through a few thousand images does not turn into a waiting game. Camera shots, screenshots, downloads and everything else stay separated rather than piling into one endless stream. Albums are yours to arrange. Create them, name them and move pictures between them so that holidays, documents, receipts and family photos live apart instead of being sorted only by date. Folders on the device map into the app directly, so anything you organised on a computer looks the same here. A built-in editor covers the adjustments people actually make before sending a photo: brightness, contrast, saturation, cropping and rotation. Doing them here saves installing a separate editor for changes that take fifteen seconds. The lock is the feature that sets it apart from a plain viewer. Selected photos and videos move into a protected area that does not appear in the main grid, which is genuinely useful when you hand your phone to someone to show them one picture, or when a child borrows it for a game. Everything works on the files already on your device, without uploading anything to a server.
