T2S is a text-to-speech tool for Android. It turns documents, e-books and web pages into audio so you can listen to written content without looking at the screen. It relies on a speech engine installed on the device, and on first launch it suggests setting up a suitable one.

A side menu holds your documents: open a new file, return to a recent text or type straight into the program. The built-in browser reads articles and news aloud. A type-and-listen mode speaks text as you write it, and any text or link can be shared into T2S from another program. You can also copy content and start reading with a floating button. Speech can be saved as an audio recording.

It suits students, people who catch up on news while commuting, anyone who drafts voice notes, and readers who find long text tiring. Language, speed and pitch are adjustable, and the theme can be changed too.
