Likee

Likee is a service for making and watching short videos. It combines a personalised feed, a music library and a set of editing tools in one place. The selection adapts to what you watch and react to, and the categories range from music and dance to makeup, art, do-it-yourself projects and news.

For shooting there are effects, stickers, filters and beauty tools. A mode called SuperMix turns a single photo into a video with effects such as face morphing, while the beauty options let you try a look or swap the background. You can follow other creators, interact with them, and bring over clips made on other social networks.

It suits people who enjoy filming on a phone, keeping up with trends and showing their work to an audience. An internet connection is needed, and an account is useful for posting videos and following creators. Rated for 12+.
