CarSwitch

CarSwitch is built for people who want to buy or sell a second-hand car in Saudi Arabia. The listed service areas are Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar. The idea is that the company handles most of the legwork, from the test drive and valuation through to the ownership transfer.

Buyers get a certified inspection, guidance at each stage of the deal and the option to pay securely online. Sellers get a valuation, help finding a buyer and support until the car changes hands. Advisors walk customers through the process, so there is no need to deal with every formality alone.

The app fits residents of those cities who would rather avoid classified ads and haggling at a car market. An internet connection is needed to use it. It is designed around the Saudi market, so outside the listed cities the service may not be available. No age restriction applies: the rating is 3+.
