DMSS

DMSS is a companion app for home and small-business security systems. Once your cameras and other compatible devices are added, you can open a live picture from anywhere over Wi-Fi or mobile data, browse recorded footage by date and event type, and get a push alert the moment a device raises an alarm.

The app goes beyond cameras. An alarm hub accepts peripheral sensors that warn about break-ins, fire or water leaks; a video intercom lets you answer a call at the door and unlock it from the phone; access-control devices show whether a door is open or closed, keep a log of unlocks and can be opened remotely. Devices can be shared with family members, each with their own set of permissions.

DMSS suits anyone who already owns compatible cameras, hubs or intercoms and wants to watch them from a phone. It needs an internet connection and the hardware itself; on its own the app does nothing. Android 5.0 or newer is required.
