iLovePDF

iLovePDF brings the well-known PDF toolset to Android. The app works as a reader and a lightweight editor: highlight passages, attach notes, draw on pages, add your signature and fill in PDF forms directly on a phone or tablet, then share the result.

The file operations cover most everyday needs. You can merge several documents into one, split a PDF or pull out selected pages, shrink files with control over the output size, rotate pages, add page numbers and watermarks, remove a password from a protected file, extract images or turn photos into a PDF. A converter moves Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents to PDF and back, OCR makes scanned pages editable, and the built-in scanner digitises paper with the camera.

Documents can be opened from the device or from Google Drive and Dropbox once the accounts are linked. The interface is available in 25 languages, Arabic and English among them. It suits students, office workers and anyone who signs contracts, compresses attachments or converts files on the move; cloud features need an internet connection.
