WebCricket is a scoring tool for cricket matches that replaces the traditional paper scorebook. The scorer enters each delivery as play goes on and the app keeps the totals. According to its developer, Cobitech, it is widely used by schools and clubs in South Africa.

Its best-known feature is live online scoring, which lets parents and supporters follow a game ball by ball when they cannot be at the ground. An event list lets you step back to any moment of the innings and correct an entry, while the statistics are meant to help coaches track how players develop. Each screen has its own help button, and a companion notification app can alert followers when a wicket falls or a batter reaches fifty.

It fits club and school scorers, coaches and families. After installing, you register, add venues, teams and players, then start a new game. An internet connection is needed for the live broadcast, and the notification companion works only with teams registered in the system. Rated for 3+.
