Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll is a streaming service dedicated entirely to anime. The catalogue holds new episodes, long-running favourites and feature films across many genres, from action and adventure to love stories, comedy, fantasy and slice of life. Many new releases arrive shortly after they air in Japan.

Titles can be watched with subtitles or in dubbed versions in several languages, though dub availability varies by show. Episodes can be gathered into personal Crunchylists, and recommendations follow your viewing history. Paid memberships remove ads, allow earlier access to new episodes, let you save episodes for offline viewing and stream on several devices at once, while higher tiers add mobile games. Music videos and concert recordings are included too.

It suits anime fans who want a large library in one app. An internet connection and an account are required, and the full range of features is unlocked through a subscription. Rated for 12+.
