Hik-Connect

Hik-Connect is a companion for security systems. It links to DVRs, NVRs, cameras, video intercoms and security control panels and brings their picture to a phone. You can watch live footage or review recordings while at home, at the office, in a workshop or anywhere else.

Among its tools are PTZ camera control, two-way audio, answering calls from a doorbell or intercom unit, arming a control panel from a distance, and immediate alarm notifications that include pictures and short clips. Devices can be shared with other people under limited permissions, and sign-in can be protected with a fingerprint.

It is meant for owners of homes, shops and workshops who already have compatible hardware installed. Without such devices there is nothing to display, and remote viewing and alarm messages depend on a working internet connection.
