Djezzy

Djezzy is the app of the Algerian mobile operator for managing your number on your own. The home screen shows your balance, data, minutes and SMS usage for each active offer and option, together with their expiry dates. The interface has been redesigned to be simpler, with the main actions reachable in one or two taps.

Through the app you can top up with a card or voucher code, activate and deactivate plan offers, enable data bundles, request a PUK code and temporarily suspend or reconnect your SIM if the phone is lost. The offers section lists current bundles with prices and conditions, so you can pick one without calling support.

A store map helps locate the nearest service point, and the help section connects you with customer care. The app is meant for Djezzy subscribers and works in Arabic and French. Sign-in uses your phone number with SMS confirmation.
