My etisalat

My etisalat is the official app of the e& Egypt network, formerly branded Etisalat Misr. It gives subscribers full control of their line: balance and bundle expiry, minutes, SMS and data usage, active services and transaction history. You can change your plan, switch options on or off and top up with a card or voucher without visiting a store.

The app pays mobile and home internet bills, activates data bundles and roaming, and its offers section gathers personal discounts, gifts and loyalty rewards. Through partner services you can shop online and carry out financial operations, including a wallet and transfers.

The interface is in Arabic and English, and sign-in uses your e& number with an SMS code. The developer releases regular updates with fixes and new features. The app is only for e& Egypt subscribers; operators in other countries of the e& group have their own separate apps.
