AppLock

AppLock restricts access to selected apps such as the gallery, messengers, social networks, email and banking with a pattern, PIN code or fingerprint. Each app can have its own unlock method and a separate code, so sharing access to some programs does not open the others.

If someone enters a wrong password, the app quietly takes a picture with the front camera and shows it to the owner at the next sign-in. The crash screen mode disguises the lock as an error message, so an outsider assumes the program simply fails to start. You can lock the recent apps screen so its contents cannot be peeked at, and hide photos and videos in a protected vault.

There is also time- and Wi-Fi-based locking, protection against uninstalling AppLock itself, a dark theme and customizable lock screen backgrounds. The app is lightweight and works without root. It suits anyone who hands their phone to kids or colleagues and wants to keep private things private.
