Router Chef

Router Chef replaces the confusing web interface of a home router with a clear mobile screen. The app talks to the router over the local network and exposes its everyday settings on the phone.

From there you can change the Wi-Fi name and password, cap the number of connected devices or the speed, adjust signal strength, see who is online right now, check DSL line parameters and daily data usage. Reboot, factory reset, entering the ISP account after a reset and switching DNS, including family-filter options, are also available. The regular configuration page is one tap away when needed.

Support is limited to a specific list of models, mostly Huawei, ZTE and TP-Link units common with internet providers in Egypt and nearby countries. Check your router model against the supported list before installing.
